Socialite 1.3.8 brings support to Growl 1.3
Socialite 1.3.8 brings compatibility with Growl 1.3 (available from the Mac App Store only).
It also fixes an issue that some customers had which manifested itself like Google Reader and possibly other accounts weren’t saved between launches.
Last, it increases the number of unread articles that Socialite will fetch for each Google Reader feed from 100 to 1000. This is needed if your feeds generate more than 100 new articles between the times that you check the feeds.
Socialite 1.3.8 was also submitted today to the Mac App Store but as always, there’s no way to know when it’ll be released.

I see it on my Mac. And I get notifications. Do you use Socialite 1.3.8?
Yeah, Socialite 1.3.8 and Growl 1.3. I'm stumped as to what the issue could be.
Stuart: you might want to check if you've properly cleaned up your previous Growl installation first, it's possible to have both in parallel.
Side question : any update on the Socialite UI revamp you guys were talking about a while ago ? :-)
For some reason Socialite isn't showing up in Growl's Applications pane. This means I'm not getting Growl notifications when I have them enabled in Socialite. So there isn't really compatibility with Growl 1.3 after all.
Same problem here. Growl 1.3 from MAS (no previous install), Socialite 1.3.8

Guillaume: Ran the 1.2.2 uninstaller again just to make sure and even got rid of Growl 1.3 and all the related App Support files and prefs. Re-installed 1.3 but still nothing. Still not showing up in the Applications pane under Growl. Thought it may have had something to do with moving Growl to /Applications/Utilities but after leaving it in /Applications there's still nothing.
